RA KNIT and the data processor have concluded an agreement, according to which the processor is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the processed personal data and ensure the protection of personal data.

online store order delivery;
website traffic analysis;
social media usage and social media statistics analysis;
accounting software usage.

Storage and security of personal data

RA KNIT stores all personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose or as required by law. For example, accounting data is stored for seven years

after the end of the financial year; an email address in the mailing list until the user requests its removal.

RA KNIT will take all necessary steps to protect the personal data processed. Access to the correction and processing of personal data is limited to data processors, and the personal data of all users is considered confidential.

User rights

The user has the right to prohibit the processing of their personal data at any time, unless it is necessary for the performance of contractual obligations, including placing an order from the online store.
