Distance contract

Distance contract or Terms of Purchase of Goods/Services on the Website (Terms) is a set of legal rules defined by the owner of the website (Seller). They determine the procedure and conditions governing the activities of website visitors (Buyers) on the said website and the relationship between Buyers and the Seller.

Goods/services – yarn: cashmere, merino. Cotton and others.

These Terms of Use of the Site (hereinafter – the Terms) are an integral part of the contract for the purchase of goods/services and determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions of delivery of the Goods, the order cancellation procedure and the terms of return of the Goods, the refund terms, the dispute resolution rules.

The Seller has the right to change, amend or supplement the Terms at any time in accordance with the requirements set out in legal acts.

Such changes shall enter into force upon their publication on the Site.

The Seller has the right to change the prices indicated on the Site at any time and/or create new paid services at its own discretion.

The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Customer has selected the Goods, placed them in their shopping cart, specified the delivery address and familiarized themselves with the terms and conditions by checking “I agree to the terms of use” in the order confirmation window

The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address specified by the Customer.

When ordering goods, the Customer can choose the method of receipt

  • Delivery via Omniva, DPD “Pickup Paku Bode” parcel machines throughout Latvia: – €1.90
  • Delivery to the Seller’s store – free
  • DPD home delivery Up to 2.80kg – €4.00, up to 4.60kg – €5.00, up to 10.00kg – €6.00

Delivery of goods by courier and/or parcel machines is carried out within 3 days of receipt of payment for the goods and confirmation sent to the Customer by e-mail or SMS that the order has been received.

The Goods can be received in the store 1 day after receiving the payment and sending the confirmation to the Customer. The delivery costs of the Goods are not included in the specified price of the Goods. To find out the exact delivery costs of the order, place all the Goods in the virtual basket and go to the “Cart”. When choosing a delivery location, the system will indicate the exact delivery costs of the order.

If the order contains several Goods and they are not delivered at the same time, a separate fee is calculated for each delivery, with prior notice to the Customer.

The Customer shall pay for the order:

  • by bank payment card
  • by transfer to the bank account specified by the Seller, indicating the order number
  • (other options, if necessary).

The Customer must make the payment to the Seller within 1 (one) business day.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer within the delivery terms specified in the Product descriptions. If the delivery of the goods is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Customer and coordinate all issues regarding the delivery of the Goods.

In cases where the Customer, upon receiving the Goods, notices that the shipment does not contain the appropriate Goods or the Goods are not of the correct size, color or other inconsistencies, the Customer must immediately inform the Seller.

Return policy

Exchange, return and repair of goods are carried out in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and the Regulatory Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 “On Distance Contracts”. The Customer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods within 14 days of receiving them by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller by e-mail (e-mail must be specified). The withdrawal form can be downloaded here. The Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in full.

The Goods can be exchanged for other Goods if the appearance, consumer properties, original packaging and labeling of the Goods have been preserved, they were not used and / or were damaged and / or they have not lost their appearance

The Customer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller within 2 days after sending the letter of refusal. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the Goods back to the Seller are covered by the Buyer. The Buyer must deliver the returned goods to the address: Jomas Street 50, Jurmala, and they must be complete.

The refund is made using the same payment method that the customer used to make the transaction. The Seller returns the amount paid for the goods within 7 calendar days from the moment of returning the Goods. The Seller reserves the right not to refund the payment for the Goods and services until the Customer has returned the goods or submitted documents confirming the sending of the Goods.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Customer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee if the Goods are damaged, if the Goods are treated carelessly during use or if the instructions for the goods are not followed, if the original packaging of the Goods is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

Dispute Resolution Rules

All disputes that arise between the Customer and the Seller, or that arise in connection with the purchase of Goods, the Parties will try to resolve them through mutual negotiations or correspondence with the aim of achieving a mutually beneficial and acceptable solution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

Please submit a complaint about the availability or quality of goods electronically by sending it to the electronic mail address [email protected] or in writing by sending it to the address Jomas iela 50, Jūrmala, LV-2015. The complaint will be considered within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receipt of the complaint, with a response sent to the contact address specified in the complaint.

If the complaint is found to be unfounded and you do not agree with the finding of the complaint as unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options specified in the regulatory enactments.
